Chả Ốc Gia Huy proudly holds the title of the first chả ốc specialty shop in the U.S.! Founded in 2013 in Little Saigon, Southern California, by two dedicated Vietnamese teachers who made America their home, our journey began with a love for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. In 2019, their son carried on their legacy by opening a second location at Eden Center, Virginia, bringing our family tradition to the East Coast.
Our mission is to preserve the elegance and uniqueness of traditional Vietnamese flavors while crafting modern takes on classic dishes.
